If I purchase Windows Vista Premium OEM this month or next (May or June 2009), will I get a discount on Windows 7? Or will I need to pay the full Windows 7 cost? Should I consider purchasing the retail version of Vista instead of OEM?

Microsoft hasn’t yet formally announced its various pricing and upgrade plans.
However, there will assumably be less expensive upgrade versions for those who already own things like XP and Vista.
There will supposedly be a free upgrade system to Windows 7 for those purchasing new computers with Vista Home Premium and above beginning June 26, but it hasn’t yet been formally announced/confirmed.
